Support Strategies Using Nutrition, Enzymes, and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy
The endocrine system, like the digestive system, influences almost every cellular function of our body. Managing stress and making better diet choices are key elements in supporting a healthy endocrine system. However, endocrine-disrupting compounds continue to increase, and we must find a way to help our patients combat these assassins that bombard us on a daily basis.
While we cannot eliminate all environmental stressors, there is much we can do to educate ourselves and our patients on what to avoid and what to add to their health protocol. Our goal for this workshop is to have attendees understand the importance of diet and digestion and its connection to regulating the endocrine system. We will also be discussing additional strategies such as enzyme therapy and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Each speaker will share their own clinical experience in managing symptoms and treating endocrine imbalances.
Additionally, we will reveal how to use heart rate variability (HRV) to educate patients on the importance of managing stress. You will then receive a first-hand demonstration on how HRV technology can be used to manage and assess the effectiveness of your therapies and protocols.
