Sheila Kilbane, MD

Dr. Sheila Kilbane graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine with a residency at the Carolinas Medical Center and a fellowship at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine where she studied with Dr. Andrew Weil. This is where she learned how every aspect of our environment affects our immune system, from what we eat, how we live, and what we believe. Dr. Kilbane now sees patients as a pediatrician in Charlotte, NC, where she has developed an individualized plan that strengthens each child’s immune system, decreases their overall inflammation, and heals them from the inside out. Her goal is to get to the root of the illness whether it is eczema, reflux, chronic runny nose, recurrent ear or sinus infections, asthma, allergies, constipation, or stomach aches.
Polly Heil-Mealey, ND, D.PSc., HHP, M Ed., CCI

Dr. Polly Heil-Mealey is a degreed naturopathic doctor, a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a Diplomat of Pastoral Science with the Pastoral Medical Association, and studied BioEnergetic medicine at the Academy of International BioEnergetic Sciences in London Ontario, Canada. As former President of the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA), she is an IIPA Certified Iridologist with a Master’s Degree in Education. Known as "Dr. Polly," she has been involved in education and Biblical health care since 1994, and has been active in both television and radio, presenting community service programs covering various topics. An international traveler, Dr. Polly gives seminars on alternative health practices, incorporating iridology, EAV, and Biblical nutritional counseling.
Rolf Habersang, MD

Dr. Habersang is a physician who practiced Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (1975-2013) and to this day provides care for children with special / chronic health conditions. He has been practicing and teaching since 1973 and is a highly sought after speaker. Dr. Habersang has served on several committees for the State of Texas, Texas Tech University Health Science Center, at two different hospitals in Amarillo, within professional/community functions, and with a number of scientific and professional societies. He has been a guest speaker at seminars since 1989 and has received numerous awards for his achievements. Dr. Habersang is the Medical Director of ICAM (Integrated Complementary Alternative Medicine) in Amarillo and Clinical Advisor for Transformation Enzyme Corporation. Dr. Habersang is also Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at TTUHSC (Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center) Amarillo and Medical Director of Pedi-Providers at TTUHSC-Amarillo.
Devra Lindsay

A Holistic Wellness Coach and Colon Hydrotherapist since 1999, Devra Lindsay is the owner of Pathways to Health Wellness Center. Her specialty is promoting Colon Hydrotherapy as a safe, modest, effective method for cleansing the colon of waste material, keeping your cells healthy, and improving whole body wellbeing, and Pathways is recognized as one of the largest wellness centers in the United States utilizing HYDRO-SAN PLUS closed gravity flow systems. Devra has an extensive background in the clinical application of Transformation’s plant-based enzyme protocols and has been working with Dr. DicQie Fuller’s science-based Biochemical Individualism body typing program since its genesis. Devra’s passion and commitment is to always pay forward the brilliant touch of Dr. Fuller’s knowledge and believes the science of Biochemical Individualism is a great gift to provide intricate evaluation of the body and bring profound wellness to each of the eleven systems.
Milton Bastidas, DC, CIHP

Dr. Milton Bastidas was born in Colombia and is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College with additional certification in Functional Medicine. He is Founder of True Lifelong Wellness Center and has been in practice since 1998 treating skeletal conditions, sports injuries, and systemic disorders. Dr. Bastidas is also Vice President of the College of Integrative Medicine (CIM) as well as Director of Research and Development at Transformation Enzyme Corporation. Dr. Bastidas has a passion for soccer which put him through college at Texas Lutheran University and is very sought after in the soccer community for rehabilitation and nutritional counselling. He is also an expert in the use of laboratory analysis and enzyme nutrition as part of a functional and natural approach to wellbeing. As a lead researcher in Transformation’s research and development team, Dr. Bastidas has co-directed two clinical studies showing the benefits of enzyme supplementation on systemic inflammation and gastrointestinal dysfunction as well as a most recent pilot study on the effects of enzyme therapy on Glyphosate detoxification. Dr. Bastidas lives in Houston, TX, with his family. He is currently involved in developing specific treatment protocols depending on the biochemical individuality of the patient. "My mission is to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health through a holistic and integrative approach. Deborah Allen, RPh

Deb Allen is a board-certified pharmacist and mother of teenage triplets. Her career began in conventional pharmacy, but after the birth of her children her view and approach to health and wellness began to shift. Today Deborah works with integrative pediatrician Sheila Kilbane, MD, where she applies the principles of functional medicine to empower families with a step-by-step holistic approach that begins healing at the cellular level. She has pursued additional studies in nutrigenomics and the application of genetics and epigenetics in clinical practice with special interest om the gut-brain connection, neuro-immune dysregulation, environmental medicine, preconception care, infertility issues, and helping anyone who wants to transform their health.
Dian Ginsberg, MD, FACOG

Dr. Ginsberg completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Bowman-Gray School of Medicine in North Carolina before Houston’s sunny climate brought her to Texas. Dr. Ginsberg has years of experience providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology treatment, which is the basis of her special interest in weight management, optimal prenatal and postpartum care, menopause management, and healthy aging. Being a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and an accomplished marathon runner and Ironman Triathlete has led her to explore the latest medical advances in wellness for athletes along with anti-aging therapies for both men and women. She is motivated to continue her research in nutritional therapies for many reasons, most significantly for the benefits it has brought to her sons with specific learning needs. Dr. Ginsberg has used her extensive experience to help men and women with hormone imbalance regain the vitality and fitness they thought was lost forever. She lectures for Functional Medicine University on the topic of PCOS, its natural reversal, and pathways to fertility. Rectangularization of all aging and minimizing the development of chronic disease is her personal passion. She has lectured at the American Academy of Anti-Aging about methylation, pre-natal optimization, and telomeres. Her experience and passion for the true health and wellness of all patients is encompassed in the programs designed at Women’s Specialty Healthcare. Dr. Ginsberg is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and an Advanced Fellowship with the Metabolic Medical Institute.
Sheila Vuckovic, M.ED, NTP, NSCA-CPT

A Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Bioindividual Nutrition Practitioner, and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Sheila Vuckovic is Dr. Ginsberg’s Hormone and Wellness Program Manager. Sheila received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Texas A&M University. Passionate about health and wellness, she began working as a personal trainer at the corporate wellness center at BP. Her interest in nutrition grew and, combined with her Exercise Science background, she went on to receive her Masters in Health and Nutrition Education from the University of Houston. Sheila completed her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutrition Therapy Association in June 2016 and became a certified Bioindividual Nutrition Practitioner in April 2018. Her most recent professional certification came from completing Dr. Terry Wahl’s program in the Summer of 2020. Sheila is proud to now be a Certified Wahl’s Protocol Health Practitioner. Soon after completing graduate school, her oldest son was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. That diagnosis changed the way she thought about nutrition and its effect on disease processes. After much research and completely overhauling the whole family’s diet and supplementation, she saw such a dramatic change in her son that it fueled her passion for helping others with similar inflammatory conditions. Sheila is married to her college sweetheart, Gordan, and they have three children together. She is an avid cross-fitter and takes various dance classes in her spare time. She grew up in Louisiana and loves to cheer for the Saints and her Aggies. She also enjoys coaching athletes at Crossfit Katy in areas of nutrition and fitness.
Robert Greenberg, Ph.D., DC

Dr. Robert Greenberg holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has been a part of the Transformation™ family for over 25 years and has been the formulator and creator of numerous nutritional and enzyme-based products Transformation Enzyme Corporation offers to health care professionals worldwide. Dr. Greenberg has lectured for and with Transformaiton™ at conferences and has been a strong supporter and good friend to Dr. DicQie Fuller and Suzanne’s vision for the company. He holds numerous patents for medical devices including the BTA and HRV technologies and was the designer/creator of Transformation's BioDezyne™ Equilibrium technology. His love for knowledge and sharing heartfelt information is truly inspirational.
Amy Rawls, MS, RD, LD, CGN, FMNS

Amy Rawls has practiced in the Beaumont and Houston area since 2010 when she completed her Master’s degree with a Dietetic residency through Lamar University. She has gone on to earn additional certifications as a Functional Medical Nutritionist and Certified Gastrointestinal Nutritionist. Amy has more than ten years of experience applying functional nutrition practices to an array of metabolic clinical states. She is currently Director of Clinical Services for Transformation Enzyme Corporation where she gained her certification in enzyme therapy and is responsible for all of Transformation's Education and Development material and programs. She also oversees Transformation's Clinic and technical support services and assists with research and development. Amy has spoken at various events, seminars, and conferences both locally and internationally on topics related to nutrition and enzyme application. Her passion for health focuses on holistic, integrative, and functional medical nutrition therapy. She has a personal mission to create awareness that even healthy food can be poison if not digested properly.
Suzanne Espinoza, President & CEO

A graduate California State University-Chico, Suzanne is the President & CEO of Transformation Enzyme Corporation and has been with the company since 1996. She is an expert in executive leadership skills, business development, sales management, strategic planning, marketing strategy, team building, and entrepreneurship coaching. Suzanne was selected Woman of the Year 2010/2011 by the National Association of Professional Women and is on the Board of Directors for Houston’s WestChase Chamber of Commerce and Merimnao Recovery Ministry in Katy, TX. She also supports Women Driving Business, Compassion International, and Faithwalking US.
